Rutland. Thanks to Michael Trolove for the photo. This pump has a threaded
spout with a cap, which can imply that there was once a second spout higher up,
the cap being screwed in place when the higher spout was to be used, e.g., for
filling water carts. However, there's no evidence of a higher spout on this
Rutland. John Hurst points out that there's no thread to this spout, and it
also looks like the ground level around the pump must have been raised since
