On Route de la Marais, the pump has an enormous upper spout, designed to reach across to the roadside, and as a result requiring two struts to support it. Lower down there's a small brass stopcock and right at the bottom of the barrel is a small drain cock. The nearby wellhead carries the engraved wording: | |||||
