Stockland Bristol (click on photographs to bring up bigger/better versions).
At Stockland Bristol, Soms, this pump is a replacement for the
earlier pump, shown on the right, which was accidentally damaged. Thanks to
John Hurst for the top pair of photos on the left, and Dave Hunt for the lower
pair. There's what looks like a drain plug under the spout, but this is an odd place have one. Markings (Replacement Pump): "PB40", and a possible "3092" on the spout. Markings (Earlier Pump): "MUNFORD SOUTH PETHERTON". Manufacturer (Replacement Pump): Probably Pompes Briau, of Tours, France. Manufacturer (Earlier Pump): Possibly Alfred Munford of South Petherton. |
