st helier And in 2011 this replica pump was re-instated in its niche on the huge granite wall at the French Harbour, St. Helier, opposite the New South Pier. Congratulations to those involved. A plaque reads: st helier

st helier Tucked away in Queen's Lane, off Queen's Rd, St. Helier, this one was hard to find. Thanks to Roger Hills of Jersey Heritage for the photo on the left. Our own photo, taken on a subsequent visit, shows that the trough is still being planted - a pity about the dustbins though!

Markings: None. The stone trough has "STH" carved in it.

Markings: "BO" and an arrow on the pump and on the cast iron trough.
