In a shelter at Fitzhead, Somerset. Thanks to John Hurst for the
2022 photos, and Gary Little for the one from 2014 on the far right. The
shelter carries two stones carved with "WRDC" [=Wellington Rural District
Council] and "1904". At the back of the shelter is a noticeboard with the
inscription: |

PERSONS DAMAGING THIS PUMP OR COMMITTING A NUISANCE

Markings: "A. STONE" on the spout, and "LANGFORD" on the
barrel.
