A double-spouter at Claverley, Shrops, but it's not what it seems. There's no sign of a fulcrum or any other mounting device for a handle, or indeed any room for one above the upper spout - where it would have had to have been. The apparent hole at right angles to the lower spout is suspicious, too. Checking things on StreetView confirms that there's no evidence of a fulcrum on the other side of the structure but, most significantly, there's a yellow "Hydrant" sign nearby and a yellow hydrant cover in the road almost in front of the "pump".

So, although it does seem to have been constructed from genuine pump parts, it's a bit of a chimera - and almost certainly a standpipe..
