Also at the Rydale Folk Museum, Hutton-le-Hole, N. Yorks. Sadly, this one has been seriously damaged in recent years. Markings: "1842" and "PATENTED" on the cap. The damaged spout also carries some wording, which it's just possible to make out as "[...]ETT & SON". Thanks to Helen Mason at the museum for checking this for us. Manufacturer: Almost certainly Garrett & Son of Leiston, near Saxmundham, Suffolk.
