harwich, 2017 And finally this one, also on display at the Redoubt Fort, Harwich, Essex. It's got a handle which apparently operates in a rocker movement, connected to an operating rod, and what looks like two threaded connections either side of the barrel. But if it is a pump, what could its purpose have been??
