At the Shiels Almshouses in Carrickfergus, Co. Antrim, which were designed by Sir Charles Lanyon (1813-1889) and built in 1868. The pump has seen better days - the barrel is held together by two steel straps, and is reportedly filled with concrete. Markings: None. Manufacturer: Unk.
