Callow Hill (the one nr Redditch), Worcs. The jury's out on this one: it looks suspiciously crisp and clean, and some parts literally don't ring true when tapped with a knuckle! The nearby plaque commemorates the "creation of the village" in 1984, and this could simply be a bit of street furniture. Markings: None. Manufacturer: Unk
